Casa Del Faro remains one of the only five-star luxury oceanfront villas in Punta Mita, La Punta Estates. Enjoy barefoot luxury within 18,000 feet of fantastic architecture. In addition, the Villa comes with the exclusive Premier Membership to Club Punta Mita, allowing exclusive complimentary access to all the private golf, beach, and tennis clubs. It is one of Punta Mita’s only true beachfront Ultra Luxury Villa Locations with no golf holes between the Villa and the Ocean.

Casa Del Faro has a Premier Membership to the exclusive “Club Punta Mita.” Enjoy and cruise our complimentary golf carts for exclusive access to the following beach clubs and centers:

Entertaining and Events

Entertaining additional outside guests and hosting special events at Casa del Faro requires other staff and planning to continue providing our high service level. We request that our guests follow these guidelines when planning special events, celebrations, meals, poolside gatherings, etc., with outside guests during their stay at Casa del Faro.

Entertaining Outside Guests

Overnight Guests of Casa del Faro may invite Outside Guests to join them for a meal, an afternoon swim, snacks, a cocktail party, s’mores around the fire, etc. This fee for each additional Outside Guest is $50.00 plus the cost of food and beverage.

Special Event Fees

36 to 50 guests, including Overnight Guests in Casa del Faro: $7,500.00
51 to 100 guests, including Overnight Guests in Casa del Faro: $8,500.00

Event Notes

Special events require Casa del Faro owner approval before confirming your reservation. The maximum number of guests for special occasions is 65, including Overnight Guests at Casa del Faro. A 3/5/7 night minimum stay is required for special events, depending on the season.

Noise and Other Guidelines

Noise or sounds must be kept at 55 decibels until 10:00 pm and 50 decibels from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Musical entertainment after 8:00 pm must take place inside the Villa. Noise violations will be charged $2,000.00 for each occurrence. The guest’s choice of event planner and catering company requires owner approval. Casa del Faro has limited parking; therefore, event guests are required to please take a taxi van to the Villa. A unique event schedule must be submitted to the Villa Manager three weeks before your arrival date.
