Stunning beach-front villa inside the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka’an, the house has a wonderful open-plan living/dining area, fully fitted kitchen, storage room, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathroom (4 ensuite) and plenty of exterior decks. The rooftop has hardwood decking, green roofs and a double infinity swimming pool with fiber optics lighting, and with spectacular views of sea, lagoon and the lush vegetation all around.

Just a mile north of Boca Paila bridge and 20 minutes away from Tulum, the Caribbean beach-front brings you to a rich coral reef at swimming distance and the lagoon front goes directly to ancient Mayan canals, one of the most spectacular and exclusive places on earth!

Casa Ikal is a very contemporary house designed by world-renowned De Yturbe architects www.deyturbe.com and sits on a 5-acre estate that has 300 feet of pristine seafront and 300 feet of lagoon front, 300 sq meters of roofed space and another 350 sq meters of exteriors.

Casa Ikal offers the newest sustainability standards and it is completely auto sufficient – sun, wind power and a very silent backup generator – a zero-carbon property, but with all the modern comforts such as A/C in all bedrooms, 120″ cinema projector, Sky TV, Wi-Fi internet, etc.

***Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.

It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition.
