CASA MALANDRA

On a virgin beach you will find a sophisticated atmosphere created by the prestigious architect Calleja. The project was designed in three modules in order to give privacy to each space and be able to enjoy each one of them, which are communicated by wooden bridges surrounded by vegetation and water. You will find a palapa, four bedrooms with their own style, an amphitheater where you can screen movies in the open air and a pool from where you will enjoy the view and sound of the sea.It also has a private pool, a reading area, pleasant terraces, an amphitheater to watch movies or presentations, a spectacular and spacious Palapa with its living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom and terraces.

The project was built in three modules in order to give privacy to each space, which are communicated by wonderful wooden bridges surrounded by vegetation.

The total capacity of the house is 10 people.

The house has a cook, watchman, gardener and cleaning service throughout your stay.

The house has air conditioning in bedrooms, television in two of them and internet.

It also has all the room equipment (sheets, blankets), bathrooms (towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer) and in the kitchen (fully equipped)

Additional Guest Fee Policy

$700 PER NIGHT - Please note that the villa has an additional cost of $150 USD per person per night, starting from the 3th guest, up to a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

Staff:

• We have a staff that consists of a cook, kitchen and cleaning assistant, a person in charge of maintaining the pool, electricity and gardening, and a person who is 24-hour guarding. The kitchen and cleaning staff hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
