CASA NAPA
Overview
Modern Mexican architecture meets breezy beachfront living at Casa Napa, where sleek black-and-white design contrasts beautifully with a sandy beach terrace framed by tropical greenery and mature palm trees. Wide openings invite fresh ocean breezes and natural sunlight into the interiors, embracing the vibrant coastal atmosphere of Tulum. The open-concept layout is ideal for hosting large groups, while private spaces like the home gym, steam room, media room, wet bar, and rooftop terrace provide quiet retreats when desired.
Designed for comfort and entertainment, the villa features top-tier electronics, indoor and outdoor systems, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, satellite television, and premium appliances. Two swimming pools, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, a volleyball net, and calm waters for safe swimming make it perfect for active guests. Both formal and alfresco dining areas seat fourteen, with additional spaces like the breakfast bar and rooftop terrace offering flexibility for gatherings.
