Each bedroom includes a private terrace, dedicated workspace, and spacious closets, making the villa ideal for both short and extended stays.

Please note: Punta Mita Resort access requires an additional resort fee for the use of beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and fitness facilities. Fees are $50 USD per adult (13+) and $30 USD per child (5–12), plus a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT, which will be added to the reservation quote.
