• A security deposit of $1,500 USD may apply instead of the $199 mandatory insurance
• Day passes are available at $50 USD per person *does not include breakfast
• Rates are based on double occupancy
• For guests above double occupancy an additional guest fee of $100 USD plus taxes per person, per night is applicable
• Children 6 to 12 years, are an additional $50 USD + taxes per child per night
• Children under 5 free of charge
• The villa has 7 full bathrooms, 2 single toilets in the yoga studio and 4 single toilets in the pool/palapa area

• The villa is solar powered and has a generator for back up, because of this the A/C is only available in the bedrooms for night time use only between 8pm & 8am. *Exceptions only for sleeping babies

• The kitchen is for staff use only but there is an area for guests to get own snacks and drinks as well as full time staff on duty in the kitchen and bar areas throughout the day
• Option to have you dinner one night in the underground cenote surrounded by over 100 candles and copal
• Events: Ceremony for staying guests only with limited vendors (2 max) $1000 USD
  – Between 0 – 50 guests (including staying guests) $50 USD per guest (unlimited vendors)
  – Between 50 – 100 guests (including staying guests) $60 USD per guest (unlimited vendors)
  – Between 100 – 150 guests (including staying guests) $75 USD per guest (unlimited vendors)
