The main living area offers a comfortable space to gather, while the lower level features a second living area with a small kitchen. Large windows surround the dining area, bringing plenty of natural light into the home.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private hot tub on the upper deck with mountain views, an outdoor grill, and a spacious lower deck. The property also includes an elevator connecting the different levels and heated parking for one or two cars.
Please note that there is no air conditioning; Vail's cool mountain climate makes the evenings comfortable.
