• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD accidental damage insurance fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last-minute bookings)
• Payments are non-refundable; however, dates may be changed up to 30 days before arrival without a fee
• Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance
