Sargassum is a natural seasonal phenomenon (typically May–October) and is beyond the owner’s control. No refunds or relocations are offered due to sargassum conditions.
Alcohol is not included. Alcohol purchases can be arranged with a 20% service fee.
Special dietary requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and may incur additional charges.
The property is not wheelchair accessible. Bedrooms are located on the second and third floors and require climbing stairs.
There is a hotel being built next door which you may experience some noise during your stay.
